Canon 70D Apeture priority mode.. any way to force higher ISO to get faster shutter speed?

Just wondering.

I take pictures of my kid a lot at home (indoor and tungstant and florurcent lighting)

I use aperture priority mode to get a constant f2.8  f4  or f5.6

I noticed that the camera would op for Lower ISO at the cost of slower shutter speed.  and my result is blurry since kids never stand still.  and my lens (24-70 USM L) have no stablization and my hand is not steady

is there a way to have it use higher ISO as perfered in order to get faster shutter speed to reduce blur

(Yes I can use shutter priority but I like aperture control and manual is more of a hassle with extra thing to worry about

Canon EOS 70D
