Not sure why you posted as all these errors are obvious by just looking at the picture and I don't think you needed us to tell you.?

get away with sloppy technique but generally not

nice look first. as I mentioned befor I was on M mode and turned to TAV mode.so I forgot to change the aperture.also the white balance was auto. it gives warm colors. the original shot was under tungstine light .

Btw here is another one but I think it is @ the right aperture.
