RX-100 maximum sharpness f/?

Hi,

Bit of a newbie question here but say I'm taking a landscape photo with my RX-100, when I have lots of light, and want maximum sharpness in my RAW image, would I be best to use f/11 ?

I read about 'stopping down' to get a sharper image so therefore f/11 would be the sharpest ?

Also which ISO setting gives the sharpest image (80? 100?)

Many thanks
