Sony Lens alpha coding

I have owned Canon, Nikon and Olympus cameras but I confess the Sony lens coding is a mystery to me.

I'm interested in the new Sony Alpha A7 with a FE lens mount, but I'm very confused by the labels Sony uses to describe their lens.

The Sony web site has two categories of lens: Alpha NEX mount and Alpha DSLR. Where are the FE lens?

Some lens are "SEL", "SELP" others have a "Z" ,"M", "G", etc. in their name but NOT the aperature of the lens.

I believe I'm interested in the SEL2470Z lens if this is an FE mount 24-70mm f4 lens.

Can someone provide a translation to the Sony coding of their lens?

Thank you

Dave
