Hi,

I'd like to buy a focusing screen as I have a lot of manual focus lenses.

From this website I have the following options for the D600:

and here is the explation how they work:

Now a couple of questions:

- Choosing is only a matter of personal choice?

- What are the meaning of the table header here http://www.focusingscreen.com/privacy.php, "The camera of using" and "Matte" in your opinion?

Thanks in advance.

Yes it's a matter of personal choice.. some like a plain screen.. no clutter.. other like the split prism for focusing.

The Camera of using just means the camera model using that particular screen..

matte:. You need something to focus the lens image onto.. (you can't do that with clear glass) the matte is the 'kind' of method used to make the screen a matte finish to enable the image to display on. Laser/hexagon/precision etc

Hope this helps, some
