sensor gel stick
In reply to primeshooter, Jan 19, 2014

I use a blower, a brush, and sensor gel stick, like http://photographylife.com/product/sensor-gel-stick

Basically the process is much like http://www.lensrentals.com/blog/2010/04/how-to-clean-a-camera-sensor though I do not use rotating brushes, a normal Copperhill brush is quite enough for me. If there is something really nasty you can either use sensor pen, as in the video, or - and I prefer it - wet method with eclipse and swabs. Gel stick will pick up any residue from eclipse overdose if you happen to have it.
