Will mirrorless or m4/3 ever get decent continous autofocus?

Hi all,

a few years ago, I went to m4/3 with the Panasonic GF2 and since last year, I got the E-M5. Very pleased with the camera. But I found myself struggling too much with moving subjects like my baby, especially in darker places (off course). I was hoping that the E-M1 would be the solution thanks to the hybrid AF, but after reading the review in cameralabs, it seems too good to be true.

The only thing I really concern about a camera, is AF for fast moving subjects and low light performance. But I was wondering whether mirrorless systems would ever be able to achieve both? Or will it never be possible due to the technical limitations of the systems of the sensor size and the lack of a mirror?

(sorry for my bad english)
