Why can Sony sell 1" sensor cameras? If I compare Sony's RX10 & RX100s to the V1, the V1 offers a lot more. it's an ILC camera with an adaptor for most Nikon lense. I may be in the minority, but like the user interface. The V1@ $369 still available at Nikon USA is got to be one of the best values available. EVF, solid build and decent kit lens compared to P&Ssuper small sensor super zooms cost as much if  not more. The Nikon7800 is $550! $200 more than the V1. There is nothing wrong with the N1 system just something wrong with Nikon marketing.

Canon A2E, Sony R1, Panny TZ5, NEX C3 & 5R + Zeiss 24mm E Lens, Nikon D5100

Who says Sony's selling 1" sensors. The latest report from Japan is that they're not selling much at all. And Panasonic and Olympus are both near death.
