White dots in frame, how to process them out of the sensor?

Hi, not knowing much of tech when it comes to cameras, my 5D3 starts to show a significant amount of white pixels in my nightshots. I noticed them yesterday in some frames with an overcast nightsky as I didn't recognize certain "stellar constellations"

How can I process these "hot or dead" Pixels (?) out of the sensor? I used to shoot continually during about an hour, each exposure lasted about 30 sec.

It is the first time I notice that certain amount, as during other occasions the sky was full of stars... Thanks for any help.
