Help me choose my first set of lenses!

I'm thinking of getting the Lumix GX7 as my first m43 camera and my primary 'artistic' camera for both photo and video.

The Objective
- Low light indoor shots (baby on the way)
- Video for both indoors and out
- Outdoor landscape compositions while traveling, hiking, biking etc.

The Requirements
For video, I'll need good autofocus as well as manual control. The lens (used for video) will also have to have some IS, since there is none in the GX body for video. I'll also be purchasing a slider and a stabilizer (of some sort) for creating movie montages.

For photo, I'd really love to have a camera with fast glass with a shallow depth of field. This is quite important.

I've been thinking a 20mm f1.7 II lens + the 14-42mm II lens would be a good start... but I've also seen some nice results from the Olympus 45mm f1.8. Then there is Voigtlander which looks perfect, but pricy. Then some less common lenses like the SLR Magic or Cine lenses... Perhaps a ND filter would be a good starter filter...

What would you gear up with?
