For a noisyish picture, keep noise and sharpness, or get rid of noise, but have a soft image?

I tried doing a in between, but there is still a lot of noise, even with masking in lightroom

I am editing on a 55 inch tv, so the noise is more evident than it would be on a monitor, but which woudl you prefer? all my snowboarding pics from my trip are noisy
