NX30 Sensor -- is it improved

I am reading that the NX30 sensor uses copper instead of aluminum for sensor connections.  Imaging Resource states that this might reduce noise and improve DR at lower ISO's.  Does anyone know if it is the same sensor as the NX300.

I tried the NX300 and it did not seem to be much if any better than my NX20 for noise or DR.  Both of which were noticeably poorer than a Nikon D5300 or my previous D7100.
