Why is the A7 selling cheaper than the A99 ?

Price is driven by demand and supply, not by the number of parts. R&D cost is not even measured that way. Profitability (and product cost to manufacturer) is indeed driven by efficiency, but not end price.

A7 is cheaper because it lacks features and flexibility, I listed in my post.
