I have read several threads (OK a lot of threads) on the RX10.  I keep hearing that some like the JPEGs better than the RAW files.  Does Sony not have software that provides all the adjustments to RAW that the camera would make to a JPEG?

My Sony is an HX1, and doesn't have RAW.  My Canon came with software to convert RAW files to any camera setting then allows tweaking from there.  Aperture even does a pretty good job using the camera settings.

In good light, there is little need for significant adjustments, so I can see going with JPEG in many situations, but is the JPEG engine so good that those who use RAW on other cameras would not on a Sony, even in difficult light or high contrast situations?
