EM-1 overexposing?

I've been playing with my new EM-1 for a few weeks now, and not quite sure, but I think it might be habitually overexposing a little. Most of the time I end up having to do a -.3EV to get a reasonably balanced looking image, and sometimes even -.7EV.

The image below is an example. It was shot with -.3EV. It doesn't look bad, and certainly not underexposed. But you would have thought that with a bright background such as this, if anything I would have had to bring it up a little to compensate.

Anyone else noticed things being a little bright?
