I just had to post my experience with Samsung Canada Customer Service.  I called regarding my 60mm lens which would no longer "auto focus" and needed to be repaired or replaced.  After a short automated message allowing me to select the appropriate department my call was immediately answered by a real person who understood my product and my issue.  My call was followed up with an email request to provide "proof of purchase".  I emailed a copy of my receipt for the lens and they then emailed me a UPS shipping label and a completed form for UPS pick-up.  I have to admit that this was the BEST Customer Service experience I have had in years.  It is the way customers should be treated!!
