Lenses for an Antarctic flyover.

I was given a ticket to flyover the Antarctic in a commercial jet for Christmas.  I have a 5D3 with the following lenses:-12-24mm, 24-105mm, 50mm/f1,4, 70-200mm/f2.8 and a 50-500mm.  I want to keep my equipment to a minimum so any suggestions on what will be the best combination? What about polarizing filters, how will they go looking through aircraft windows?  Any tips on how to make the most of this once in a life time experience would be gratefully received.

Thanks in advance.
