RX100: Food photography in low light
Dec 18, 2013

In a few hours I'm planning to take a few pictures during a dinner and it will be in a cosy, low light environment and since I haven't had my camera for more than a few weeks I haven't had time to test this enough. Shots will be taken both close up and also on a about 1 meters distance.

Could someone help me out with how I should set up my camera? Is auto mode best (without flash) or should I use S mode and set shutter speed to 60 with auto ISO? Is a higher shutter speed than 1/30 recomended when taking pictures of static objects?

I'm a beginner so please keep the advice to a basic level
