Crop sensor blues with layman’s terms..

Smaller sensors, larger focal depth, easier to focus, photo looks sharper! That's where many got confused! Actually, the almost “infinite” focal depth cheating the senses!

Better ISO performance?

Yes, new smaller sensors getting closer in low light performance to older APS-C or FF!

OK, smaller sensors light sensitivity is rapidly improving with new technology, but don't forget, so will the larger ones follow! Even when maybe its more difficult to produce!

But, how about creativity, subject isolation, compression? Small sensors hardly can produce any substantial difference between wide or tele image other, but framing! What stopping the technology here? The law of physic! IMO, full frame+ is the only way to go!

..and I happy to notice a growing number of interest in that direction!

not my native language, Im just a tourist!:-))
