Transition lenses and outdoor photography
Dec 16, 2013

I didn't know which forum to ask this in so here I go.  I have transition bifocals and shoot mostly wildlife and birds.  My problem I'm finding, is that I'm having difficulty seeing through the view finder and the LCD screen on my Canon 7D, or any camera for that matter, when I'm outside.  I'm beginning to think it's because of the darkening of my glasses.  I just never thought of it before.  I already knew I couldn't wear sun glasses, but never thought about my transitions.  Anyone else out there have the same issue?  I'm thinking of getting new lenses for photography that don't darken. Any advice?
