Whale watching trip advice needed

Hi all,
In January I will join a whale watching trip in Norway (mainly going for killer whales). I will bring the following:
- EM-1
- EM-5

- 50-200mm f2.8-3.5
- 50-500mm f4.0-6.3
- 11-22mm f2.8-3.5
- pany 7-14mm f4.0
This will be my first whale watching trip and i'm really excited. However there are some things on my mind. The EM-1 and 50-200mm will be perfect, however I am doubting if 200mm on the long end is long enough. Of course this depends on how close the whales will come. Now I am doubting to purchase the EC-14 which will give me 283mm on the long end @ around f5.6. I can also just use the sigma, but this one is not weathersealed and is not that sharp at f6.3 so actually needs to be stopped down to f8.0 which is rather slow.
Furthermore I am doubting to purchase an 12-40mm f2.8 for the EM-5 if the whales suddenly get close when my 50-200mm is mounted on the EM-1. I can also leave the 7-14mm on the EM-5 but I think this is too wide and not weathersealed.

What do you guys think? I'd really appreciate some tips/thoughts.
