Your printer isn't designed for printing on plain paper. You would need to use dye inks optimized for regular paper.

Well details and overall look are great even on plain paper,
my issue is that colors are not extremely accurate compared to the original document.

The issue may partly come from the scanner, even if it is calibrated also.
