Probably extra checks

The one I received on behalf of a friend today had 350 clicks on the shutter out of the box. First filename was DSC_0001 but EXIF indicates shutter count is 350. Perhaps Nikon is doing some extra testing on the production line and is not resetting the shutter count afterwards.

The extra clicks were probably in the factory.

After the D600 shutter debacle and AF problems on some early D800s, it wouldn't surprise me if Nikon are carrying out some extra final checks on the Df - at least for initial batches.
