Dear all,

After reading some threads here in this board and post around internet, I am definitely confused, on a topic which should leave small, if none, room to any debate!

The Hoya HD CPL, does or does NOT cause vignetting at 10mm on the Canon 10-22? It is amazing to see how there is a good 50% saying it doesnt, and another good 50% that says only option is to get the slim option (which is way more expensive).

Does someone here with the normal filter have proof of a 10mm picture , where no vignetting is to be seen?

Thank-you so much!

The Hoya HD is a slim filter and I have used one on a 10-22 with no vignetting.

If you plan on ever using a Lee 4x4 filter system, I recommend passing on the Hoya CPL and getting a Lee 4x4 CPL instead. It all integrates better, and I personally think the Lee is of higher image quality.
