This is surely not a serious comment? The E-M1 is (in the UK) £1949 (with kit lens), while the X-E2 is £1199 (with kit lens). Somebody would be unlikely to compare them when considering a new system. Somebody who is committed to the Fuji range would compare the X-E2 with the X-Pro1, the X-E1 and the X-M1 or X-A1. Somebody who's committed to MFT would compare the E-M1 with other cameras of that type (I'm not familiar with the range).

You presumably would laugh if someone said, ".. the E-M1 is a fine camera, but it's not a patch on the Nikon-Df". The cameras have different sized sensors and are in different price ranges; the comparison doesn't mean anything.
