I took the Voigtlander Nokton 1.1 out today for a spin. I have not spent a lot of time processing the images, so I do not have a strong view about it, but it seems to create a good subject isolation, its sharpness is ok but it gives occasionally a "glow" that I am not sure I like it (at 1.1 of course). Its bokeh is ok, but seems to get a bit "hard" when I use a bit more clarity. Anyway, here are some images from it. I will test it more over the next few weeks. It is heavy though...

I really like these images. Great conversions also. This lens has it's flaws for sure, but it is very fast, and for the price, it is a real bargain. It has a more classic rendering, which I like, and that glow you mention, while not always appropriate, can be nice at times. You did great with this lens.

By the way, while I enjoyed them all, the second one is my favorite.
