Sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. When we accept returns we also have to be able to clarify to the manufacturers why we are taking them back and explain what exactly the issue was.

I've returned camera equipment to Amazon by simply clicking on the reason for the return, which is no different from their policy for other returns.  A simple process that just takes a few seconds.

Any idea why you have to clarify to the manufacturer and Amazon doesn't? Have you considered using an online return process similar to the one Amazon uses?
