Based on the last 13 years, Canon.

They seem to be a bit conservative  lately  since the 5D2 changed what IQ is for many but conservative generates advantages as well as bad raps on forums.  No significant  chances taken  mean  no sudden corporate loses. They currently have 3 distinct  FF models which seem to be understood by the consumers.  They have their own highly rated glass and Zeiss is justified to generate models in the Canon mount.

Canon has customer service and  excellent distribution at all levels of  the marketplace. Walmart and Costco to Best Buy, Amazon, to  in-store boutiques in Samy's  in LA and B&H in New York.

If there were ten or half a dozen FF DSLR systems being manufactured   a "who's FF system ...5 years from now"  question might be more valid.  Considering  the bulk of the marketplace is with two companies  and the remaining share  seems more  hobbyist  oriented   it's  a bit of a no brainer  that Canon  and Nikon will still be here and that either's FF DSLR product  chosen  now is fairly secure for 5 more years of support.
