Small Licensing/Copyright Question
Nov 13, 2013

I recently had a request from a smallish company to use a photo from my web feed on its commercial web page. They offered me a low denomination voucher valid for their product and attribution for the photo.

As photography is not how I currently pay my bills, what are the downsides of accepting this (and similar offers)? I am thinking of insisting implicitly on:

- Single use license granted for the single stated purpose only
- Non-exclusive use with no restrictions on further licensing implied
- Authorship attribution visible on page
- Full copyright retained by photographer

Any advice welcome from anyone who knows how this works!
