If someone like me have Scripts disabled as default for every webpage, your script would not work. If any image is seen on web browser, it can be saved. Actually the loaded image is in temporary folder already saved. There are programs out which makes it easy to grab the image from temp folder. Or you can save the whole webpage with images included.

Just don't trust your script. There is no sure way. Best is to upload only low resolution, simple watermark and include copyright info in exif and webpage, so the user knowsbthe rights.
