Why would they place a full-frame sensor [MAYBE from D4] in a camera without most of the supporting electronics?

It wouldn't need a big buffer, or a shutter rated for 11-fps, and they can probably feel safe in downgrading from the D4's AF module... but wouldn't they want the exposure metering sensor and image processor to carry-over to their new "enthusiast" camera?

Would they settle for "consumer-grade" memory cards, or would they continue using the D4's XQD carsds? [or is XQD only needed for a camera shooting 11-fps?]
