No, but software can 'guess'.

The only way to know would be to have another image with sufficient detail to resolve that area. Without that, there's no way to know if it's real data or aliased information.

Well ... unless you know in advance what it should look like. Just like the roof tops in Basalite's image or purple trees in the distance.
