An impossible portrait (17.5mm Voigtländer Nokton)
Oct 18, 2013

Art exhibition opening night yesterday, coupled with an acoustic album presentation.

I shot my impressions with primes on E-M5.

While the band played, the artist's brother was watching from the wings, in near darkness, just lit by the light from a door that leads to the restrooms.

3200 ISO is usable on the E-M5 and F0.95 sucks in all the light - spot-metered on the face and with negative EV comp, to result in 1/50 sec in circumstances that would otherwise result in an unusable shutter speed.

More VERY low light from the evening here: http://roelh.zenfolio.com/p63783856
