I had a middle school trip to Yosemite. My Dad didn't allow me to take his slr. My Mom gave me her Minolta AF-Tele Super.

I had a great time taking pictures of my school mates and the scenery was...well, it was Yosemite. When I got back, my family went nuts over some of the pictures. I still have the enlargements hanging up in my house. My point is, it wasn't the camera but the fun of taking pictures, then having people like the photos I took sealed the deal.

I don't know exactly why I drifted away from photography but glad I found my way back.
