Official Nokia WP8 photo transfer app for Mac !!!!

I was googling for an easy way to get my photos from my 920 into Lightroom, and ran across an announcement from Nokia 2 weeks ago about their new Nokia Photo Transfer app for Macs . I hadn't seen that announcement anywhere, so I'm sure many of you may not have either.

It installed quickly, and has a simple interface.  I created a new folder and changed the apps import folder to that new folder.  But this first version isn't without bugs.  About halfway through my import, it stopped and told me it couldn't import the files.  I looked at the folder on my mac, and about half the files were there. Following the suggestions in the app's error message, I rebooted the phone and reimported successfully.  Once imported, I did a Lightroom import from the folder I created.

For reference, I had 4.65 gb of pictures on my Lumia 920, just shy of 1,000 files.

All-in-all, the super simple way to move FULL-SIZE files to Lightroom.
