Hey Jack, folks! how's it going?

Just a quick note to say thanks for sharing your thoughts on this camera! I just got one myself and I am really hapblog py so far! just took a few shots so far but I am positively surprised with the results...

It's not "perfect", but when it cames to picking and choosing a lighter combo vs. an expensive and bulky gear, especially to carry around, I am happy with the Olympus  package...

I am also  coming from a "full frame + f/2.8 lenses or faster", and also a E-PL3... so far, like you mentioned Jack, the only thing it's worthy saying is indeed the battery life...  i've ordered some extra ones that I haven't received it yet... but yeah, it's a bit frustrating to see I won't be able to keep all day (especially now that winter is approaching... )

Maybe I am not that used to using the electronic viewfinder as opposed to optical ones, but with extra batteries that shouldn't be an issue any all... might even consider getting the electronic viewfinder down the road, to save some energy and to help me with outdoor shots, i suppose...

I've posted some shots on my blog, just some snapshots... but for me it's kinda "real life" mini review... http://www.edmaruyama.com/blog/2013/10/having-fun-in-iqaluit-coffee-and-music
