The camera lines from CaNikon went through periods of slower development than the A-mount, and yet nobody has ever called their commitment to their lines into question. E-mount has decades of development to catch up to the A-mount/Maxxum line and the A-mount development hasn't stopped. Not sure why so many folks are crying chicken little in the face of so much contradictory evidence.

$1250 Nex7.... $1200 Zeiss lenses..... Full Frame Nex camera's...

Yeah... bottom of the market.

$2500 A99s, a full lineup of Sony branded 2.8 zooms and super fast primes, backwards compatibility and motor drives in every body.... not comparable
