Once you've got rid of the mirror & mirror vibration there's the mechanical shutter vibration of the focal plane shutter.

On some m4/3 lenses, shutter vibration alone is enough to cost at nearly half the lens MTF at certain shutter speeds or to produce double images.

Mirrorless isn't inherently immune to distortion caused by vibration. Some designs suffer from it much more than they should.
