Which super zoom bridge camera would you recommend and why?

Constant f2.8 is great.  600mm takes the super out of superzoom though.  It's just not that much.  I'd go with the HX300.  It's 24-1200mm.  Also, Sony's Clearzoom technology is something to write home about.  I historically shun digital zoom but Sony has done some special here.  It blew away my expectations when I tried it at a store.
