I bought one of these in late January 2013. My first experience was they had never sold one before and didn't know anything about it (Verizon). That's OK I'll get on the web. Long story short no one knows anything about this phone including Samsung. I had trouble answering incoming phone calls, I thought it was me not knowing the phone. after two weeks I determined it was the phone, not me. well, now the return privilege is gone. I can send it in for repair or try doing a firmware update. By the way that isn't what they call it but none the less it didn't help. I could not answer 50% of the incoming calls. Finally it's now August and I convince them this phone needs to go and they give me another one. It has the same problem as the first one, and a touch pad that is really, really inaccurate. NOT happy DON"T get one. Windows  8 phones? well that another story.
