Monochrom/Noctilux non-critical JPEG test-experiment only
10 months ago

These 4 frames merged into one were taken today - 3 frames were cropped from 5216 pixels wide to 640 pixels wide (8.15x), and one frame was cropped to 1280 wide and resized to fit the mosaic. The point of this paste-up was a demonstration of the MM camera resolution shooting JPEG, and secondly to explore the possibility of photographing these animals should they get closer to the pier where I was standing. f5.6, 1/2000, ISO 800. I don't normally think of the MM as a fast action camera, but with the f0.95 lens 1/4000 second is easy to do in the daytime at f4 or f5.6.
