Processing Raw with Fastone Image Viewer.
Sep 3, 2013

I have only two programs that can process RAW files. SilkeyPix and FastSone Image Viewer. I downloaded Fastone because I can see RAW files in the Image Viewer. I like it much better than Windows. When I moved the cuser to the left side of my screen, I was surprised to see an image processor menu open up. When moved to the right Camera data is shown. It is Free with no avertizements.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the processor is. It processes RAW as well as JPG. I find it much easier to use than SilkyPix and I get better results. It has many options, including noise reduction, exposure, contrast, size reduction, color temp, sharpening, and much more. Defiantly not a Mickey Mouse Processor. Also find it easier and quicker than PhotoShop for correction.

Here are two shots. A JPG copy of the RAW unprocessed shot as I can't post RAW here, and the corrected shot with Fastone.

Is anyone else using FastStone? I would like to know their opinion.
