Actually Photozone is pretty consistent with everyone if you look at the data - data is after all objective as are images, it's just the description that muddles everything.

Olympus 17/1.8 from Photozone

Panasonic 12-35/2.8 @ 20mm

Stopped down sharpness across the frame is obviously better with the 12-35/2.8 zoom.

And of course, f/1.8 is much better with the 17/1.8.

However, what bugs me is that these silver lenses clash with my black OM-D.
