Thanks.  As a stills photographer with a five year old 40D it is very relevant to me.

What I miss is the WOW factor that I was hoping for.  I am looking for an improvement in the low ISO range where I prefer to shoot 80% of the time.  The extra megapixels don't seem to generate enough excitement in this review.

Touch/flip screen is not enough reason to upgrade, for me at least. The main reason to look at the screen in the field is histogram and blinkie info; both of which work well on 40D.  I hardly ever use the menu either - one of the joys of 40D.  Another joy is thumbing through focus points and I'll miss the stick.

After reading this review I'm not going to spend money on 70D.  Thanks.
