Agree with you Raist on trying to go toe to toe with Canikon. They don't have the pro services, mid-share etc... Oly don't have a lot cash to spunk as well. EM-5 mk2 with 4/3rds pdaf capability and E-30 sized E-7. Some where along the line they need a £500 hybrid body for E-XXX users, the OVF on these isn't a strength. It just once you step into MILCs the prices go to high £1000 EM-5 and then there are no 14-54/12-60 f2.8 Zooms. I find you need f5 35mm equivalent to have sensible DOF control for subject isolation. I can get away with f2.8 on 14-54mm and just use my feet as it is close focussing. It's why I'm on bothered with 12-60 as f2.8 as on 24mm.
