NEC MultiSync PA271W-BK-SV & NVIDIA® Geforce® GTX 660 1.5G GDDR5
Aug 12, 2013

I have a NEC MultiSync PA271W-BK-SV LCD monitor on the way.

I am not a gamer but I am a heavy user of Photoshop and other SW programs which I use simultaneously for photos and video editing.

Dell has a decent price on an Intel® i7-4770 processor (8M Cache), 32GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600MHz - 4 DIMMs / 3TB HD / 256G SDD machine. Good enough specs for my needs (hopefully).

However, it only comes supplied with the NVIDIA® Geforce® GTX 660 1.5G GDDR5 video card. I want to make sure this card is adequate for my needs now and in the future. (I think it is but best to figure it out now). It would have to run the new MultiSync 27 inch and a old Sony CRT graphics monitor (until the Sony is replaced with a second MultiSync or equivalent). Not sure if this is relevant but will be adding a watcom tablet also, and possibly even a cintinq if all goes well. Comments welcome.

Thank you for your time. Cheers
