K-30 won't turn on shake reduction
Probably I should just resign myself to staying on the line with customer service for a couple hours, but:
I've had my K-30 since last November, and since I was enjoying it so much as it was, I'm embarrassed to admit that I didn't bother to check the manual and see why my shake reduction wasn't on--until this past week. I was sure it was some little thing that I needed to correct.
But now I've read the manual, and every instruction I try to follow leaves me with the same problem: the icon for "shake reduction" is grayed out so that I can't select it, and it's automatically turned off.
I tried to input my lens' focal length manually, thinking that would solve it, but *that* icon is grayed out, too.
Am I doing something simple wrong, or does this sound like a camera-body defect?
