I'll Admit to Using P (Rarely)
In reply to ARB1, Jul 25, 2013

I'd say I use M 80% of the time with A used when I want to be sure to control DOF.  I will admit that I use P in special, rare situations.  I know all the non-P purists just gasped!    For times when I really don't have time to change settings and flash output, I'll switch to P.  I find it good for wild situations when I need to fire off photos quickly without time to think.  Good example: kids birthday party indoors.  The results with both my D800 and D700 are quite good.

There is only you and your camera. The limitations in your photography are in yourself, for what we see is what we are.
