I am wondering how many lenses or even if any can fully leverage 75mp? Will have a huge diminishing return.

Your metaphor has nothing to do with reality.

Lenses project analog images. You need a lot of pixels to get a virtually analog capture of the lens' projection. Even 75MP would be more like a mosaic than an analog image of the lens' projection, for a moderately sharp lens.

Look, very sharp Sigma 35/1.4 on 5D3 is 19 mpix while 23 mpix on D800. I guess on this 75mp camera would be only around 30-35 mpix. You can add more and more pixels but thru imperfect lens entire system only can gain resolution less and less.

No...the 35 on the 5D3 is 22mp....and 36 mp on the D800.  DxO is nothing but nonsense.  Try a rez chart and you'll see.
