LF1 - pet bird - indoor lighting

This LF1 JPEG-only image was taken with the bird sitting on my knee, under the computer table. Light coming in from an outside window, still not a strong light - f2.0, 1/13 second handheld (but camera braced on leg), ISO 80. Cropped from 4000 to 3200 wide, no other processing.

The smearing of detail in the wing seems normal to me for any camera using a small sensor, no matter what the ISO. Whatever the case, I compared this to my previous dozen or so images of this bird, using other cameras with 1/1.7 to 1/2.33 size sensors, and this was the best of the lot. Good luck? I don't know.
